The beachfront proximity allowed for stunning sea views and easy access to locational highlights. Having a balcony was a delightful touch to enjoy the sunset.

During the end of the season, work on the dining facilities left us without lunch or dinner options, and breakfast was basic with few choices available. The lack of an ice machine and limited bar stock indicated an effort to conserve rather than cater to guests. Additionally, when we needed a taxi back from LaFranc, the hotel’s communication issue resulted in long delays and frustration, further marred by the exorbitant local taxi fares.

During my stay, I absolutely loved the breathtaking sea views and the quick, easy stroll to nearby beaches like Cala de Sant Roc, perfect for soaking up the sun after a busy day of exploring the charming streets of calella de palafrugell. plus, the fresh options at breakfast were a real treat that started my mornings right.

The deluxe double room offered an impressive sea view and a spacious balcony for relaxation. Friendly staff, especially Marina, provided excellent service and made sure our needs were met. While the hotel’s elevated location provided breathtaking views, the steep walk back from the beach was a bit tiring. Breakfast choices were abundant and delicious, but the room could have benefited from additional amenities, such as a bath mat for safety in the shower.

Staying at this family-friendly spot with our seven kids was a blast! We loved that the hotel had a pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beautiful beaches. Breakfast was fantastic, and we found the local Coastal Path great for family walks.

My wife thinks the rooms could use more storage.

excellent staff but basic amenities

The staff was excellent, they were efficient at the reception and attentive during meals. The cocktails at the restaurant were fantastic and made by a friendly bartender who deserves recognition. Our room had a lovely sea view which added a special touch to our stay. The five-minute walk to the beach was convenient especially for enjoying the sun and sand.

Stunning views from the balcony complemented by a lovely garden area to unwind. The restaurant served solid meals and had friendly staff. However, the uphill walk to the beach may be challenging for some and room amenities were basic, lacking coffee facilities and a working phone.

The stay at Garbi was quite satisfactory. The superior twin room sea view was excellent and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were substantial and wholesome, allowing for a pleasant dining atmosphere amidst the garden trees. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, offering amenities like a kettle in the room, enhancing the overall experience as we celebrated a family occasion.

Access to the beach involved a steep uphill walk.

It was just a fine choice for a brief hiatus in Calella De Palafrugell with good value for price. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Make sure to check out the pool area for relaxation.
